Eventicket, concert ticket cancellation and refund

Hello,
I ordered 2 tickets on 28.08.2013 for the Céline Dion concert on 04.12.2013 at Paris Bercy.
On 29.08.2013, I wrote to Eventicket that I was canceling my order for professional reasons, and they replied with a very neutral email saying that I needed to send them a written request and submit it by registered mail. I did this on 30.08.2013, and they received my letter today, 04.09.2013.
Will the cancellation and the transaction on my Visa card be taken into account?
Because I already see the amount posted on the online statement of my Visa.

According to their general terms and conditions of sale, only tickets including the "satisfaction or refund guarantee" offer are eligible for this if the request is made within 7 days after purchase (with the terms they provided you). At first glance, the sending date is on time.
Normally, you should be refunded to your card on your next statement.... (minus a few euros for fees!!)
