Repair mouse wheel

Hello,

I have a wireless mouse that I bought at Carrefour (no comment) but it has a bug with the scroll wheel. Scrolling through pages with the wheel, for instance, does random things. For example, when I scroll down, the page flickers up or down. By using the wheel carefully, I notice that it reverses the direction of rotation that I command with random frequency. I searched for solutions online but found only amateur videos showing how to clean the mouse wheel by disassembling it first. However, that doesn't work. I think the issue comes from the component of the mouse that is responsible for the rotation. Is there a way to repair this or replace that component?
