Bbox keeps disconnecting.

Hello, for a few days now my Bbox has been disconnecting while still remaining on, cutting off my phone and internet, then it comes back after 2 minutes and then disconnects again. This is the first time this has happened to me. I contacted Bouygues Telecom but they couldn't tell me much except that it might be due to the 4 Ethernet cables connected to it causing a malfunction of the device. However, the guy on the phone didn't seem very professional; I don't underestimate him, but he answered me briefly. So I'd like to know if this has ever happened to you and if you could suggest any help. Best regards.

I had the same problem for a while too (it still happens but it's much less frequent now). My issue came from my faulty bbox; I received a new one with a few tweaks on their side, and it really improved!
I imagine you've already plugged/unplugged your cables, reset/restarted your bbox, so if that's the case, contact them and try to get a technician to come if it hasn't been done already.
