Sound issue with bbox and LG325000 tv

Hello,

I have an LG325000 TV connected to the Bouygues Bbox TV decoder via an HDMI cable. The picture is great, but I have no sound. Can someone help me? I called Bouygues support, and they told me it must be an issue with my TV. Is there a setting I need to adjust on the TV? I just bought it, and the instructions in the manual are not very good.

Look at the sound settings of the BBox and the TV, do not be on PCM, try switching (if available) between Stereo and Dolby, if necessary, restart. On some screens, in the sound settings you have the option to set either the TV speakers or "out" external speakers.
