Freebox TV very very slow

Hello, I don't know why, but since this morning my Freebox Player (TV) is very, very slow.
It takes forever to load. And the videos no longer work.
I have re-associated the Freeplugs, I switch the TV back on, it's still slow, I see there's something on the hard drive, then the name "Freebox TV" to watch the channels is black, I can't press it.
I have no idea how to fix my problem.

    Hi.
    It's often a speed issue. Do you have the Freebox Revolution, the V5, or the Crystal?
    Your speed must be above 5 MB to access TV

    Hello,

    I think it's a speed issue due to the freeplug. When I test the speed on the TV, it gives me a good result on one and a bad result on the other.
    So, do I need to change the freeplug?

    I have the Revolution (v6).

      No, it will be the same. You need to check your speed (visible in the network settings of your TV decoder). It should be above 5 Mbps to work properly...
      The best thing to do is to call Free support at 3244, option number 2. And you explain your speed issue...
