Hello,
I have a Freebox Revolution for several months, and it makes an unbearable fan noise (I’m talking about the Freebox, not the TV box). I have had a technician come out several times who confirmed the issue, but Free never replaces the equipment. I only receive a letter 10 days after the technician's visit stating that my problem is resolved :) What options do I have for them to replace the box???
Is there a way to stop this noise?

Hello,
You cannot touch the Freebox under penalty of defaulting against Free. You need to hold firm and get them to intervene again. You can contact them via video chat; the advantage is that you have someone in front of you on your screen and almost no waiting time. It's always easier to talk to someone on video rather than over the phone.
