Hello,
I had a problem with my PC running Windows 8, the computer crashed and I had to turn it off manually. However, when I tried to turn it back on, it didn't work properly; I was stuck on a black screen saying "Packard Bell: preparing automatic repair," before being taken to a blue page with a sad smiley telling me that the PC needs to restart, and this loop kept repeating.
Earlier, I held down F2 as recommended on some forums, and I got into this menu "Insydeh20 setup utility," but the problem is I have no idea what to do for fear of doing something wrong.
I have tabs for "Information," "Main," "Security," "Boot," what should I do?
Thanks!
P.S.: I don't care about losing my data, since the computer is quite new... as long as it works, I'm fine with that. :)
