Hello,
I have been the owner of a Samsung Wave 3 for 2 years now and have never had any problems until today. For some time now, while I am not using it any more than usual, it turns off by itself and does not restart. When I restart it while plugging in the charger, it indicates 0% battery even though before it turned off it was charged to 80%. In these cases, I charge it for 5 minutes then unplug it and the battery continues to charge on its own.
I wanted to know what I should do, replace the battery or completely change the phone?

Hi,
if your phone starts when it is plugged into the mains, it’s your battery that’s dead. If that’s not the case, it could be a software issue:

- Check which apps are consuming the most;
- Try uninstalling the latest installed apps;
- Try doing a factory reset to restore the phone to its original settings.
