Gigaset C475 failure

After three power outages today, the base of my Gigaset C475 phone no longer works. I spent a lot of time reading the manual but I can't get any results. Base 1 keeps flashing continuously. When I hang up the handset, no ringing sound is heard. The second unit seems to work, but obviously I can't make calls if the base isn't functioning.
The base is connected to a NeufBox that is working fine and has been thoroughly checked.

Can you help me before I have to buy another pair of handsets?

    check if your power supply is well fed
