Hello,
The radiology department of a hospital gave me a CD of the recording of my lung scan (MRI).
I can't read this CD on my Mac; when I try to insert it into the slot, it is not accepted.
My Mac runs on Yosemite; I don't update anymore because the device is perhaps a bit old (2010) and I was told that updates would slow it down a lot.
Could someone help me? Thank you
Configuration: Macintosh / Firefox 64.0

Good evening,
This type of CD/DVD is read with Osirix

It is also necessary for the reader to be operational; if not, using a CD Cleaner can help.

When everything has failed, read the manual ;)
