Philips TV volume changes by itself - HELP

Hello,

I'm feeling down again about my TV, and I'm very disappointed with Philips. I've been having the same volume problem since I bought this TV; it works fine for about 3 weeks after each new update, then it's a disaster again.
The volume increases for no reason, etc.
I tried to do the latest update from May 2013, but this time, the TV doesn't read the file from the USB stick.
What could be causing this problem??

Model of my television: 47 PFL6057K12
Serial number of my television: ZH1N 1242 009031

    I apologize for all the inconveniences.

    To assist you, could you please perform the following tests:

    1- Unplug all your devices and plug them back in after 10 minutes,

    2- Restore factory settings,

    3- Reinstall the channels,

    4- Disable the easy-link function,

    5- The current software version of your TV is: 000.150.088.000, Zip file, 146.31 MB, Date published: 2013-07-17

    Please update the software on your TV.
