Reception of SMS from 3 81 38

Hello,
I just received a text message from 3 81 38 that says: "CETELEM your payment of 110 euros has not reached us. Please pay by credit card at www.cetelem-paiement.fr or by phone at 0810000808 and then there's BNP Paribas PF - 1 bd Haussmann 75009 PARIS."
I haven't taken out a loan with CETELEM and I would like to know if you have ever received messages like this?
Is it a scam?

    it smells like a scam from a mile away, many SMS from short numbers (generally 5 digits) attempt to defraud under the guise of well-known brands on the internet.
    One piece of advice, do not respond and delete it.
    Check if it's listed on hoaxbuster.

    I think this is a credit card scam or a phone number hacking.
    Real CETELEM number 0820 00 99 00
