Unsolicited code received via SMS nonstop

Hello, for the past few weeks my mother has been receiving nonstop SMS on her cellphone containing verification codes from various websites (hopper, gochat, booking.com, tinder, Facebook, Google…), she has a flip phone without internet! She is not registered on these sites, she only has Messenger and an Outlook account.
Recently, I created an Apple account on an iPad in her name and that is the only place where I entered her phone number for two-factor verification! Could that have "leaked"?
I tried to forward some of the SMS to the 33700 platform but got no response!
The phone operator tells me that my mother must have connected to these different sites and provided her number, which is not true, we don't even know most of these sites, and the last alternative would be to change her phone number which she has had for a very long time! So before we get to that point, is there a solution to stop being harassed by these SMS?
Thank you in advance!

Hello,
She may have had an account hacked, so actions to take: change the passwords of all her accounts and set a strong one (numbers, uppercase/lowercase letters, special characters like _ ! @), even if she has to write them down in a notebook to remember them!

The same thing happens to my father. I changed the passwords and removed his number from the few sites where it was listed, and it didn't work. Yesterday I advised him to block the contact, but even that didn't work.
Oh yeah! Password changes don’t do anything for me either and I can’t delete the number associated with his Apple account on the iPad :/
And I can’t block the numbers from the platforms that send him those texts on his flip phone, I feel like there aren't even any numbers associated. Anyway, his phone isn’t Android or iOS and the options are limited :/
And for your father, does he receive messages from just one site? And what’s the carrier?
Just like with your mother, but the most insistent is hopper. He is at SFR and has reached the point of wanting to change his number because it is really very persistent.
Okay, for my mother as well, it's the most insistent hopper and she’s with Orange! The technical service also advised us to create an account on this site using my mother’s number and then deactivate it….. ???? I don’t really know what to think about that!
Hello,
Here is what Orange proposes to fight against SMS spam: https://assistance.orange.fr/mobile-tablette/tous-les-mobiles-et-tablettes/installer-et-utiliser/securite-mobile/les-risques-et-la-prevention/spam/spam-mobile-signaler-ou-bloquer-un-sms-ou-un-appel-indesirable_41505-42316

Hello, thank you, but none of these solutions work for me.
The SMS from Hopper offer to reply Stop, but it's impossible to respond to these texts, it's as if there were no phone number and therefore impossible to add it to the blacklist! And I tried 33700 and I didn't get a response from them, and anyway I don't have a number to provide to them :/
I’m waiting for a response from Hopper Support, and otherwise I will go to Orange in person because they don't seem to understand that the options are limited on my mother's old GSM!
Thanks anyway!
