Unexpected Office Return Solved/Closed

Question

Hello,

for some time now, I've had a pretty annoying problem with Windows that I can't seem to fix.
My PC keeps going back to the desktop on its own, for example, when I'm watching a movie, the player automatically switches to windowed mode instead of staying in full screen, and for games, it reacts the same way as if someone clicked the taskbar to minimize the window even though they're also in full screen (sorry if that's not very clear, but I don't know how to explain it otherwise^^).
It's even more frustrating when the game doesn't support these returns to the desktop without crashing, you can imagine.

The Windows Event Viewer tells me that there's an error with flashplayerupdate.exe (at least I get this error every time it happens), and indeed it seems to have started since I did an update.

I tried updating again and turning off the automatic update for Flash Player, but nothing changed.

P.S.: Sorry if I'm not in the right section, I wasn't sure where to post this.

Go to Start
Control Panel
Programs and Features
Uninstall the --> flash player

Restart, then delete the flash folder in:
--> C\windows\system32\macromed, if present
--> C:\windows\syswow64\macromed, if present

Then run --> CCleaner as an administrator for a clean-up in Windows, applications, and the registry. For using CCleaner, check out this --> tutorial

Finally, install --> Flash Player Non-IE

Thank you for your response.

I have uninstalled all Flash Players and deleted Flash in system32.
However, I cannot delete it in syswow64; it tells me that the file is open in Flash Player Update (even though all Flash Players have been uninstalled and I have restarted my PC).

Download this tool -->  AdwCleaner and place it on the desktop.  Run it as an administrator Click on --> Remove  Restart the PC Post the report --> AdwCleaner[S1].txt  -- Human beings are at their best when things are at their worst.

Download and install --> MalwareBytes Uncheck the box --> Enable the free trial of Malwarebytes Anti-Malware Pro Update the product Run it as an administrator Start the --> full scan After the scan, click on view results If positive, check all Delete the selection. Well, I found a solution that fixed my problem.. (it's Malwarebytes that warned me about that nasty file)

CHECK: if you find a folder named VIDEO CNV in c:\programfiles(x86), delete it (if it refuses to be deleted due to some silly permissions, delete it with the amazing software "unlocker"..)
