Add the French pack in uTorrent.

Hello, I noticed that regardless of the site, adding the language in uTorrent 3.3 on Windows 7 has been overlooked.
Here’s what I find when I perform searches:
Language pack
For µTorrent 3.3 build 29677

To start the installation, place utorrent.lng in %AppData%\uTorrent.
However, applying this procedure, I get nothing after restarting. I’ve searched everywhere, regardless of the sites, nothing, not even on the official uTorrent site.
How is it possible that such a powerful software as uTorrent can suffer from such a lack of translation and especially difficulties in adaptation?
Configuration: Windows 7 / Firefox 21.0

Hello,
I'm not going to answer your question directly but I will tell you that version 3.3 of uTorrent is by far not the best.
Optimal bandwidth management and stream stability are ideally achieved with version 2.2, which is available in French.
