Disappeared favorites: How to recover them? Solved/Closed

Hello,

We lost all the addresses of our favorites... Yesterday we turned off the computer without any issues, the favorites were still there and this morning there’s nothing, while the history is still there...

How can I recover them ????

Hello, yesterday I logged in via the nine AOL option, and I no longer had any bookmarks. How can I recover them? This has happened to me once before, and they came back on their own a few weeks later. Is this normal?

I haven't been able to access my contacts for several weeks. In fact, on my Windows Live Messenger page, it says favorites, but when I click on it, my favorites don't appear. (The same goes for my other contacts)
