I can't open my email on my computer.

Hello, I am a new customer at SFR and since our connection I can't access my Windows Live Mail on the computer, while it works fine on the iPhone and iPad... I can neither send nor receive emails. On Outlook Express it's a bit better; I can receive emails but can't reply... It's frustrating! Please help me very clearly as I am really not very good with computers...

Hi,

I had the exact same problem with Firefox at home, I just uninstalled and reinstalled the browser and everything is back to normal...
