How to connect remotely (without wifi)

I would like to know if it is possible to connect remotely from outside my home using my Orange account, without paying extra each month. If so, how can I do it?

    I know that it is possible for Orange customers who have enabled Shared Wi-Fi.
    It allows you to access the Internet on the go via Orange's public Wi-Fi network by using the Orange Mail connection settings.
