Hello,
Yesterday I wanted to turn off the wifi with the button on the livebox (I have the livebox 2 with Orange), the light went off, and I pressed it again to turn it back on to see if the wifi would return normally afterward, so the light came back on but I was unable to detect the livebox with my phone.
I completely turned off and back on the livebox, the wifi light was on too, I could connect with my phone, but a few seconds later the light went off even though I hadn't touched the button. So I pressed it again for 5 seconds to turn the wifi back on, as at the beginning the light turned on but I couldn't find my livebox on my phone, and when I pressed and held the button to try to turn off the wifi, the light remained green and wouldn't turn off.
In the end, I managed to find the wifi by connecting my PC and the livebox, I activated the wifi from my computer on the livebox page, since then it hasn't turned off and I removed the ethernet cable, it seems to be working.
But I wanted to know where the problem I had came from? I wanted to turn it off because the livebox is not even 1 meter away from me when I sleep and I started to wonder if it was the wifi waves that were "preventing" me from sleeping, but now I’m afraid to touch the button or turn off the livebox, I don't want to have to pull the cable and redo all the steps every time.
Thank you! :)

hello.
Normally, if you turn off your Livebox or unplug it from the power supply, the Wi-Fi should come back on its own without any intervention from you...
There might be a problem with your box as well.
But sleeping next to the box, I admit that's not very recommended....
