Philips 26HFL4372D/10 TV Reset
Hello friends,
I have reset my Philips LCD TV 26HFL4372D/10 and I can no longer access the menu. The screen starts up but remains black. The DVD player connected to it displays images when I turn it on, but the TV alone shows no image or menu. I need help to get it working again. Thank you for your understanding.

To assist you, we first advise you to perform the following tests:
1- Unplug all your devices from the main power source and plug them back in after 10 minutes,
2- If your TV is connected to devices such as: a DVD player, a Blu-ray player, a gaming console, or a digital box, please disconnect all cables (HDMI or Scart) and reconnect them to your TV after 10 minutes,
3- Ensure that all your cables are of good quality and securely inserted into their respective sockets,
4- Test your main power cord on another electrical outlet (to see if the issue is not coming from your power socket),
5- If your TV antenna is connected to a digital box, try reconnecting it directly to the TV,
6- If possible, use new cables,
7- For sound, please proceed as follows:
A- Check that the volume is not set to 0,
B- Check that the sound is not muted,
C- Check that the sound settings are correctly configured,
D- Check that the sound balance is set to center.
