Hello,
I received a television from someone, a Philips Ambilight. Yesterday and this morning it was working very well, I was watching TV comfortably. And this morning I wanted to play a bit on the Wii, so I went to change the input using the TV buttons (since there's no remote control) and suddenly, a black screen.
I tried to go back, to switch back to the source of my TV box, but the names of the sources aren't showing even, the TV is black as if it were off.
However, I can still increase or decrease the volume, that display works, and I can also access the options menu without any problem, (by navigating with the "program" buttons that allowed me to change the TV input, so the buttons are working correctly :( )
Does anyone have an idea? Thank you in advance :-)
Configuration: Windows / Chrome 57.0.2987.133

Hello,
Try unplugging the power plug, wait a quarter of an hour, and plug it back in.
If that doesn't work and if you have access to the menu, perform a "reset" or "factory reset" or "initial configuration" (see menu) but you will have to redo the entire installation and settings.
