Bonjour, a tous j ais une imprimante ricoh gx3000sf , j ais a l ecran " attention recuperateur d encre plein " donc je l ais change mais j ais toujours le texte d alerte et le voyant rouge ! pouvez vous m aider , m indiquer la marche a suivre pour enlever ce défaut ,MERCI
