My car radio doesn't remember anything. Solved

Good evening everyone,

I have a problem with my PIONEER DEH-2100UB car radio, in fact, as soon as I turn off the ignition, it loses all audio and radio settings...

Until today, I had a Saxo and there were no memory issues, but recently I got a Twingo and now nothing is retained in memory.

I don't know where the problem comes from, so thank you for your help.

I went to see how the connection was set up, and there is indeed an inversion between the red and yellow wires. I can disconnect one red wire connected to a yellow wire; however, I can't do the same with the second one...
