Groobax is not running on my PC?

Hello,

Following your advice, I downloaded and installed: Groobax (1.0.53 - 06/2012).
This little software seems efficient and easy to use.
But when I try to create my backup, after a few seconds I get the infamous message: Groobax must stop, sorry, send the error report?

I completely uninstalled the program, then downloaded it again and reinstalled it, but without success?

Have you ever encountered this problem? Can you help me resolve it?

    I am providing additional information.

    The folder I want to back up = Documents and Settings

    The software seems to want to launch but quickly displays:

    file excluded from processing: c/Documents and Settings
    possible cause = protected folder/file
