Hello,

I need help regarding a message from Avira.

This error message pops up every time I turn on my computer, accompanied by a warning sound.

If I click "OK," the box closes and doesn't return until the next time I turn it on.

The title of this box is "Avira Antivir personal - Free antivirus - SysTray: avgnt.exe - application error" and the message is as follows: "the exception unknown software exception (0xc000047) occurred in the application at location 0x73827256."

If you could help me, it would be very kind.

    this issue doesn't seem typical of Avira but rather a underlying technical problem

    have you installed it as an administrator?

    You're probably right, I didn't install it in administrator mode because yesterday I ran a full scan, Avira found "harmful" elements, I was able to delete all the elements except one, because Avira is telling me at this moment that I need administrative rights to delete it.

    I'm not very good with computers, how should I proceed to modify that?

      c'est simple, en installant un logiciel, avant d'exécuter le setup, il faut faire ONE left click then a right click on the setup.exe icon to display the installation options, and there we choose: "run as administrator"
      otherwise the software installs with the rights for this session even if there is only one possible session (the admin session is separate)
