Hello everyone! So, I’m facing a pretty annoying problem: this morning, as usual, I turn on my PC, and suddenly, my mouse decides to stop working, completely.
I’ve tried everything: changing USB ports, changing mice, uninstalling recently installed programs, uninstalling my mouse drivers, reinstalling them, trying to boot in safe mode, nothing works! I even updated all my drivers that have nothing to do with it (graphics card, etc...)
I thought about a system restore to an earlier date, but since my hard drives don't have much space, I haven’t done it, and of course, I can’t format either because I have important things to keep on my computer.
Right now, I’m completely stuck, so I’m counting on you; if you have a miracle solution, that would be great!
Thanks in advance!

Hello,
One day, after plugging a faulty controller into my PC, none of my peripherals worked anymore (including the mouse). I called a technician who told me to unplug everything from my PC (including the power cable and the internet), wait a few moments, then plug everything back in and turn my PC on again.
And it worked, I recommend you give it a try.
Good luck and see you soon!
