Xbox Live profile connection issue

Hello,
Yesterday, when I tried to connect to Xbox Live with my profile as usual, a window popped up telling me it was specifically for updating the security information of my account. This surprised me because in over a year I have never had this issue. It forces me to continue, otherwise I cannot log into my Xbox Live profile. Once I clicked continue, it asked me to enter the email associated with my account. After I entered it, it then asked for my password, which I have. Once I validated all that, it showed me an error code: "unable to connect to your account error code 8015DO2E." So I would like to know why this is only happening to me, and then how to normally connect to my Xbox profile.
I want to point out that few people have experienced this. My Microsoft account, well the address is blocked, but this has never caused me a problem, which is why I can no longer log onto xbox.com or xbox.fr to resolve the issue.
How can I avoid this?
Where is the solution?
And I would like to say finally that according to my research on the error code, it comes from the connection to my profile, due to the blocked email, but then why is this message only appearing now?!
What should I do?

The only solution for you will be to call Xbox support only if you cannot download your profile.

We will guide you through the following steps. To assist us, please have the following information ready:
  • Your Microsoft account associated with your Gamertag or Zune Tag
  • A second email address that must be different from the one associated with your Microsoft account.
  • The ID and serial number of your Xbox


You can find the latter on your console either at the back or front, where the USB ports are.

However, I don't have the phone number on the site.
