Restore my taskbar to the bottom of the screen

Hello,

Hello, can anyone help me move my taskbar back to the bottom of the screen? It has moved to the top, and there must be another way to reposition it besides right-clicking, as that doesn't work. Thanks in advance.

Configuration: Windows 7 / Firefox 19.0

    Right-click on the taskbar and select properties.
    In the taskbar tab: taskbar position: at the bottom.
