How to restore the internet toolbar

Hello,
I disabled all my toolbars in Internet Explorer and I can't get them back (mainly Google and the toolbars) and I can't find how to restore them in the options, and I can't access my favorites. Thank you for your help.

    you right-click by positioning your mouse over the menus and toolbars to choose what you want.
