Hello,
I have a big problem with my 46-inch LED TV model UE46C5100QW that I bought just over two years ago. Everything was working fine until yesterday when it resets itself and displays the message every time I turn it on (main board has been changed. please go into service mode and setup below option). The speaker located at the back of the device no longer works, it recognizes the HDMI ports but does not connect; only the PC port works. Could you help me? It is no longer under warranty and it's only two years and three months old. Thank you for your suggestions.
