Does Ccleaner really clean the free space of the MFT?

Hello,

by using Ccleaner, I see that it takes a lot of time with "cleaning the free space of the MFT." And I know that when you delete something, it still remains in memory. So with Ccleaner, it gets completely deleted. Is that true or does it not really get deleted? Are there still traces left?

Hello I recommend Tuneup Utilities; it has a deletion function that seems (I don't delete important data) very safe, unlike Ccleaner which I don't find great.

I will be very clear, all this software is absolutely useless, only defragmentation is useful and Windows' own is sufficient.

Of course, defragmentation does not delete obsolete DLLs, etc., but I repeat that this is useless, these so-called cleaning software! Even by backing up the "registry keys," there is a risk of removing keys essential to the proper functioning of the OS; all these programs have a specific "goal": to empty your bank account. If you place an OS in an 80 GB partition, which seems reasonable, unnecessary files do not take up space; it is only when the (good) files, which are generally large, are too fragmented that there is a risk of the PC "lagging," and keep in mind the minimum RAM of 4 GB for Seven, the choice of the I3 CPU for office work, I5 for video/photo/encoding, and I7 for gaming, as well as the motherboard.
