Installation SETUP cartridge Solved/Closed

Question

Hello, 1 week after the warranty ended, no more photocopier or printer.... I was asked for the SETUP cartridges (the test cartridges provided at purchase!!)!!!
I have a HP DESKJET 3070A, I no longer have the mini cartridges from a year ago, and HP's customer service is washing its hands of it "no longer under warranty".
Does anyone have a solution for me, I can't afford another printer at the moment.

It's precisely because they wash their hands of it that I'm asking for help, Sir.
As I described, every time I want to print,

when connecting to the printer, I am asked for the installation SETUP cartridges.

What do you want them to do? Put it back under warranty because you're nice? Repair it at their expense because you're asking them to make a moral extension of the warranty?

We're a help forum, not a complaint department. We might be able to help you fix your machine, we can provide a potential solution, but you need to explain the problem, not just say "it doesn't work anymore."

If it helps you feel better (??), you are not the only one facing this problem with the same printer >> Click on this link or HERE which I responded to this morning by suggesting a solution found on the web, but I don't think it's been tried yet because there has been no response
