Installation SETUP cartridge

Hello, 1 week after the warranty ended, no more photocopier or printer.... I was asked for the SETUP cartridges (the test cartridges provided at purchase!!)!!!
I have a HP DESKJET 3070A, I no longer have the mini cartridges from a year ago, and HP's customer service is washing its hands of it "no longer under warranty".
Does anyone have a solution for me, I can't afford another printer at the moment.

      These printers are becoming more and more a pain in the a** as objects.
