"Windows is loading files" indefinitely. HELP

Hello,

First of all, I want to clarify that I searched a lot on Google without finding a solution...
So I'm coming to you because I have a problem that's pulling my hair out. My computer originally had 3GB of RAM, but two of the 3 sticks of 1GB burned out over the course of a few months. I then bought a 2GB stick compatible with my motherboard, but after plugging it into my motherboard, I ran into a problem:

The PC indicated that there was an error starting Windows (Windows detected new hardware and can't start, in summary) and offered me 2 options: restore the system or start the system normally.

The first option showed me a message "Windows is loading files," but it loads indefinitely and the second option caused the PC to reboot.

So I formatted my system partition with Gparted and set up my PC to boot from the recovery partition created by my manufacturer (Compaq).

The PC boots into the recovery partition; however, I can't start the installation, which gives me exactly the same error: "Windows is loading files" indefinitely... So I'm left with an empty system partition and unable to reinstall Windows...

I'm at a dead end... Please help!

Thank you in advance..

Hello,
Try again by installing only the 2 GB stick.
Be sure to turn off the PC beforehand and let it cool down completely before touching the sticks.
