Bonjour,

j'ai changé le tonner de mon imprimate neuf après mise en service les feuille d'impression sorte toutes noires. je ne sais pas quoi faire orienter moi SVP

c'est réglé après, controle j'ai constaté que le tonner n'est pas neuf, mais son emballage est neuf, l'ai contacté levendeur, il me l'a changé avec un tonner HP A92 après essai ca marche, mefiez vous lors de l'achat d'un tonner.
