Bonjour,
pour faire simple (si on peut dire...) comme beaucoup de hp de ses modeles ,
bug au démarrage .
Ecran reste fixer noir , aucun bip ni aucune sequence visible des leds maj et ver num visible
pour expliquer pour reussir a demarrer le pc il faut que je joue a la loterie ... (lol)
je m explique il faut que je tente de multiples demarrages avec le bouton power
en claire le pc veut bien demarrer 1 fois sur 75 et encore j suis gentil
mais il demarre la preuve je tape ce message avec .. j vous donne la config complete du pc en rapport via everest home 2.20.405 ci dessous
juste avant j explique le pc si je redemarre via windows soit demarrer >> arreter >> redemarrer pas de soucis il reboot l ecran reste allumer
si en revanche demarrer >> arreter basiquement au reboot (via le bouton power ) l ecran ne s allume plus et reste fixe noir meme si le lecteur cd et le DD se mette a tourner
autre chose si je ferme l ecran et qu il se met en veille impossible pour lui de se rallumer ...
(aucune logique a et je precise que le ctrl alt suppr ne sert a rien ca reboot pas le pc) .
Si quelqu un a une astuce sachant qu il paraitrais qu avec certaine combinaison de touche sur le clavier il peut demarrer (source de forum et video anglaise je donne pas la source car j ai demander une traduction a une amie anglaise pour bien comprendre la marche a suivre )
