Hello,
I have a Gigaset A420 phone. I can't find the received calls in the call log. I can see the missed calls, but not the ones I have answered. I've read and re-read the manual, but I can't find where I need to intervene to change that.

    Hello

    go to the menu then settings OK then base OK then call tip list OK then call TOS OK

      Thank you mijo1956 - you indeed need to check "Ts calls" in "Call list type" in the settings menu of the database. And you have to wait for an initial call to initialize the function.
