Unable to save the Illustrator document

Hello,

I installed Adobe Illustrator CS6 on my Mac today, but when I tried to save the document, the following message appeared: "" An unspecified error has occurred".
After pulling my hair out for hours trying to figure out what was wrong, I discovered the source of the problem: The document does not save when I insert text.

It seems to me that there is an issue with the font configuration, but as a beginner with this software, I don't know much about the Adobe environment.

Does anyone have a solution to suggest?

Thank you

Configuration: Mac OS X Snow Leopard (10.6) / Safari 4.0.3

It's bizarre because whether or not there's a police, the document should be able to be saved as a native file (ai)..

However, if it refuses to be saved in another format (EPS, PDF, or others), that is possible if a font has restrictive usage rights.

So check if this happens with another typeface, or you can vectorize the fonts, but you will lose the benefit of being able to modify your text later.

And what if you vectorize the fonts??

I don't know how to do that yet, but I will check it out.
In any case, I will need to edit my files...

If it saves with vectorized fonts, it's the font management by the MAC that has a problem... maybe a conflict with your font manager...
