Analyse log HijackThis

Bonjour,

Suite à divers ralentissement sur mon ordi et certains soucis (impossibilité d'installer certains mises à jour de Vista, ralentissement Internet, Windows Defender qui ne s'active plus et autres), j'ai décidé de faire un petit nettoyage de mon ordinateur.
J'ai commencé par passer un coup de CCleaner et de Spybot ainsi qu'un scan rapide avec Avast.
Peu de choses ont été retrouvé, donc j'ai décidé de faire un scan HijackThis et de le poster ici afin que vous m'aidiez.
