Hello, I lent my phone to my sister, and she emptied my credit, so I decided to buy a €10 SFR recharge card, but I can't top up my phone.
They ask me to call 952 for free, which doesn't work, and online they say to call 0811900952. I tried, but they ask for the line number. How can I retrieve it, please?

Do you not know your phone number? That's serious, doctor.

As long as you're calling from your mobile, it's the iPhone number. I don't doubt your skills, but are you following the procedure correctly?

So why when I type it, it doesn't work? I came to the conclusion that it wasn't the phone number.

I might be stupid or even lost, but I don't understand anything.

When you call the SFR server, listen to what it tells you; put yourself on speaker, it's easier. It should ask you for your mobile number; listen carefully, if it tells you to press a key # or *, it's asking what type of payment you have multiple choices. If you have your code on a piece of paper like a receipt, you confirm, it should tell you which key to press and ask you to enter your numbers. If it's by credit card, it's a different procedure. But for you, it's a top-up card, so LISTEN CAREFULLY lol to what the voice says.

She says to me, "You do not have access to this service."

Are you sure that's the right card in there? Look, even without being charged, your phone receives calls from a landline. Call yourself, just have it ring, or ask a friend to call you. If you hear it ring, then it’s the right number.
