Hello,
here it is, this is the second question I ask on this site, the other being a problem with CALL OF DUTY 4( !!!). To be brief, when I call 952 to validate my SFR recharge, they tell me "press 1 to recharge with a credit card" and 2 with a coupon or recharge ticket.
When I press 2, I am told "I’m sorry, but you cannot recharge to unlock this payment method, please call 900," and after calling 900, I call back 952 (!!!!), I try again and it still doesn't work!!!!
I really need help!!!!

I have the same issue, actually it says that I can't recharge using a coupon because it's blocked.
What can I do!!!
Because I can't recharge using a credit card.
When I call 900, it doesn't even answer and it doesn't even ring.
If someone can help me please it’s urgent.
Thank you. -

Hello, I can't top up my SFR card with a voucher, but I've tried everything. I called 0614001900 and 900, and they didn't tell me anything useful. Then I called 1026, and the advisor didn't answer. So if you have another suggestion, please let me know. Thank you in advance.

Hello,
Perhaps it's possible for you to top up your credit:

I have the same problem: my credit has been used up for 5 days. The 952 tells me that my recharge for the day is in progress, but there's nothing. The 900 says I can recharge by calling 952 or 0614001900, which is busy. Anyway, at the SFR store they explain that the 952 is currently experiencing a major bug and that there's nothing we can do but wait!!!!!
As for the 1023: nothing is less certain since I have to pay for the call while waiting for an uncertain response!!!!!!
