Deblocage 4eme coeurs athlon x3 450

Bonjour,
j'ai un problème pour débloquer mon processeur 3coeurs.je possède une carte mere gigabyte GA-880GM-UD2H et un processeur athlon x3 450.je fais des test occt mais après quelques seconde le test coupe et me dit erreur sur parfois coeur 1 parfois coeur 0.Pourriez vous m'aider merci
