How to anchor a table on the page following a text?

Hello,
I am using Word 2010. I want to introduce a table ("see table, cf. next page"), for example at the beginning of page 4, and have the table take up the full page on page 5. I would like the table to always be on the page following the text "see the table, cf. next page." I also want to continue writing text under the introduction "see the table, cf. next page" and have any text that exceeds the length of the page automatically carried over to the page following the table.
The page break works if we take care of the layout at the last minute and know that the text is final. I would prefer to use a layout that establishes a relative link between the table and the introductory text so that, no matter how much text is added between the two, any text that exceeds the length of the page is automatically pushed to page 6, that is after the table.
Do you know if this is possible, or will I have to fiddle with page breaks?

thank you for the link, there are several ideas, but it doesn't work. The anchor of the table is fixed, it stays at the top of the page that follows the introduction text. I need to create a link between the anchor and the text...
I'm not perfectly skilled with W2010 (I resisted for a long time with 2003 which I liked a lot), but going back through all the options and tabs, I don't see a solution...
Maybe I'm expecting too much from a word processing software that wasn't designed for editing...
