How to insert an oversized Excel table into Word?

Hello, I would like to insert a table into a Word document, but the problem is that this table is way too large and exceeds the page. How can I insert it without having to switch to landscape format? Thank you!

Configuration: Windows 7 / Firefox 20.0

    Hello, reduce the column width to the maximum, as well as the font
    Otherwise, in the print preview option, click on the adjust button!
