Hello everyone, on my computer, Windows XP, I recently bought a GRANDIN D-Video/2GoFM reader. When I noticed my computer didn’t recognize it, I had it replaced, I re-downloaded the drivers (with difficulty), but nothing works, the computer doesn’t detect it :( it’s nowhere to be found, I’m going to go crazy, could someone help me please ? :S
Configuration: Windows XP Internet Explorer 6.0

This is crap!!!
I bought one six months ago at Conforama, I’ve exchanged it six times since and it still doesn’t work!! :
Problems encountered:
Loose earphone jack (1 device)
No recognition when plugged into the computer (2 different devices)
Device recognized but impossible to transfer music to it (1 device)
Battery cannot be charged (2 times, including one when I returned it and they told me it was a configuration issue!!!! they’re taking the piss!!)
Let’s not even talk about the 20-page user manual translated from Chinese, nor about the French versions of the software provided which are only in English!
The last device they gave me, the battery still doesn’t work!!!
I refuse to have the device exchanged again and I’ve requested a full refund of the device. Conforama refuses.
I’ve contacted customer service, I’m waiting for a response ....
Grandin, it’s not good ...
Good luck

I found it!!
When you convert the video with AVIConverter, you must select the 220*176 format and not the 320*240 format which is set by default. There you go, it works for me, I hope I could help you. -
try changing the USB port it’s plugged into; I had the problem when plugging into a multiport relay and it was recognized when I connected it directly to a PC USB port

Hey, it’s the same thing for me, I can’t put videos in my "grandin"!!!
Do you need software to put videos? I don’t have any...
Can you explain to me what the software is!! Because I’m fed up, I really want to put videos but I can’t!!
It would be nice if you answered me very quickly okay..
Please be nice!!!
Thanks a lot
I’m waiting for your reply with lots of impatience!!!!!!!! -
I think we all did pretty well to get screwed!!!
for me it's the same; impossible to read the videos "format unreadable"
but against that the seller told me it was a great device!
frankly, the one who can view a video on a grande and give the answer... well I vote for him in the next presidential election!!! -
Actually there is a CD with the player; you need to install a program on it called AMV converters. It converts Divx and other films to make them readable by your Clarify reader. For example, a 700 MB film after conversion comes out at 300 MB; I think it's the same format used by mobile phones.

otherwise I have the same issue with recognition of my grandin by the computer, so I’m looking for the right drivers

Hi everyone, I have the same problem as you when trying to read videos. I have two friends who told me about a software that can convert all formats into anything. I haven't tried the software yet; it's called "Super" and it's free to download. I will tell you if it works.

Hi everyone, I bought the Gandin W-Vidéo 2Go player at Conforama.
Thanks to the software on the CD, I was able to convert the videos to AVI format (you must place the videos you want to convert in the Program Files \ AVIConveter folder) and follow the instructions of the AVIConveter software.
The player detects the video but when trying to play it, it shows "Formato de Archivo" and I can't see the video.
However, it reads MP3 music and images very well ...
HELP !!! -
Same problem as bodybuilder925 ...
If anyone has managed to solve this problem, it would be nice to hear from you. ;)
(Note that the files have indeed been converted by AVIConverter (supplied with the MP4 player), so I don't see what the problem is with the file format ... I tested with several movies, in different formats (but always correctly converted by AVIConverter) and none can be read ...) -

Hi,
I can’t set the resolution you mentioned. I only have the default resolution!
how can I do it? -
Try downloading another version of the AVI Converter software:
