Bluesky bmp 8208 mp3/mp4 player not recognized

Hello,
I recently bought a BMP 8208 MP3 player from Carrefour. Unfortunately, it is not recognized by my PC (Windows 7). I read some forums that said it works on XP. I tried that as well, but still no result. So if you have any solution ideas, I'm all ears.

    Buy another MP3 player, this one isn't worth anything, Carrefour shouldn't test their products.
    The audio quality is lousy, only the radio seems to work well. I wanted it as a simple audio player, but it distorts even when lowering the volume, which isn't loud either.
    To answer you, when the player is connected to the PC, press the hold button, it will switch from MSC mode to MTP mode; this might resolve the issue.

    No, it is not indicated in it, there is also no error message and the battery is not charging. I can unplug it and plug it back in, there is nothing at all.

    Hello,

    I tried reinstalling the program, I reformatted the mp3 drive, I checked if it was the USB port but I don't think so. It then displayed 4 phantom removable drives, but the battery still doesn't charge and I can't send any music or files.

    If anyone has an idea because I admit defeat

    I also bought the same one and it accepts songs but not clips.
