Functional issue with Ricoh Aficio 1027

Hello,

I have a Ricoh Aficio 1027 copier that displays the following error message at startup:
Functional problem on the copier. Call technical service and communicate the following error code. SC541. Device Serial No. J0211002109.

Is anyone experienced with such an error who would be willing to come to my rescue?

The configuration LED is constantly on.

    The thermistors are sending an abnormal temperature.

    To deactivate this code: "C yellow" then 107, then hold "C red" until the screen changes.
    Then you turn it off and back on.

    If the problem persists, you will need to contact customer service to replace the thermistors and probably the fusing roller and pressure.

      I have the same problem with my RICOH Aficio MP 2500 copier that displays the same message. I'm trying to contact Ricoh service but it does not recognize the copier's serial number. What should I do?
