Hello,
I have two remote controls: one that turns off the TV, and the other one (the one sold with the TNT box) to turn it on. It might be the same for everyone...
Last manipulation: I turned off my set without looking at the buttons; when I came back later, I noticed that the screen was still on but fuzzy. I turned it off, this time pressing the right button.
Except that when I wanted to watch my favorite show, the sound was gone.
Thank you for your help.

What a joy! It works! In fact, I only needed to follow the first two tips from your list, which was very helpful to me because reading a manual is quite tedious.
I didn't need to change the plug or the cable. Savings!
Thank you so much. If I had to give you a rating: 5/5 for patience, 5/5 for availability (qualities not always given to experts), 5/5 for clarity (I have a hard time with text language), and 5/5 for efficiency plus a bonus for kindness.
I'm glad I signed up on the site ;-)
Have a good week.
