Hello,

I own a Canon S800 printer, the status screen shows "the waste ink reservoir is almost full", how to resolve the problem?

Configuration: Windows XP / Internet Explorer 8.0

    Good evening, here is the procedure that should work on a Series S.

    Zeroing the ink tank counter:

    Turn off the printer.

    Press and hold the "resume" button, then do the same with the "power" button.

    Release the "resume" button, then press this same button twice in succession, still keeping the "power" button pressed.

    Release everything and wait for the green light to stop flashing: the printer enters "service mode".

    Press the "resume" button 4 times. The counter is then reset to 0.
