Bonjour,
je suis portugaise et je ecrit en anglais.
My tv neovia neo-20dt is dead, when i put the main power on tv the red led is on and the screen keeps black, i can not access to the menu , only beeps when i press te power button. Can anyone tell me please what could be the cause?? The owner of the tv have let the tv on repair office and they tell him that as no solution. is the inverter, motherboard or the Eprom???
