I have a Bluetooth key ISSCBTA and my PC doesn't recognize it :'( .
Could you please provide me with the link to download its driver so that Windows can recognize it, thank you.

Hello,

I just bought a USB key ISSCBTA that came with the Bleu Soleil software.
For me, it installs very well, the problem is that once installed, I get an error message saying there is a problem with Outlook like c:\progra~1\eset\emon.dll
It tells me that the problem can be resolved with the help menu "detect and repair". So I do that after spending 5 minutes trying to close this error message window and then everything seems to work...... until the next PC startup, where everything starts all over again.
Moreover, I also notice that as soon as Bleu Soleil is started, I can't open any other software, I have to disable Bleu Soleil.....
I'm lost

Hello, I wanted to say to those who couldn't send the files to the computer via Bluetooth. Once your software is started, make sure the phone's Bluetooth is activated (AND VISIBLE). When you search for your mobile, it should appear, for example: Nokia 6600. Right-click on your phone and refresh the services, and you will see several options activate. You should enter: FILE TRANSFER SERVICE if it is activated, of course. If it is not activated, it means your phone is not compatible with Bluesoleil.

As for you dudulle5, your problem is that you need to disable the option: My Services=>Options=>(in the tab)=>Information Synchronization. You need to disable the option to start this service automatically when my Bluetooth starts. THERE YOU GO!

In response to Viplolotte, if you've lost your drivers, the most effective solution to find them is to go to this address https://www.touslesdrivers.com/index.php?v_page=29. Once you're there, click on "Start detection" (you may need to install a plugin, which is normal). Once the detection is complete, the drivers for your USB stick will appear. It's also possible that drivers for your motherboard, mouse, or network card may appear, which is normal as these are the latest versions of your components. After that, it's up to you whether to update them or not.
